"After a declined roof repair. We chose to cancel home owners. Agent cheerfully did this knowing it would be instant denial for future insurance. Watch you tube videos on state farm roof claim denials. Roofer said any other inurance would have covered this repair. Shame on you Matt and you unbathed adjuster. Who knows nothing about roof. 1st month on job!!. Will never ever go back to this company!. I never leave bad feedback. This takes the cake."
"Hi Jeff, truly sorry for the frustration this situation caused. We know roof claims can be stressful, especially when the final outcome isn’t what we were hoping for. Of course claim approvals and denials are decisions that are made by our claims professionals. While we advocate on behalf of our clients and help guide them through every step of the process, my team and I do not have control over claim determinations. I should also note that underwriting guidelines vary by insurance company, and we don’t have visibility or control over the underwriting requirements of other carriers. That said, our team has been happy to assist you throughout this process. In fact, during our phone call this morning, you were kind enough to compliment our agency staff for their service and responsiveness, which we sincerely appreciate. While we’re sorry the overall outcome didn’t meet your expectations, we truly wish you the best moving forward and thank you for the opportunity to work with you. "
